In one sentence: Trenvilo is a private matching game played on one iPhone. Core features need no registration; you decide which cards belong together and you are responsible for the content you add and share. The app does not assess memory, health, or personal ability.
1. Service and scope
Trenvilo is a private picture-and-sound matching activity for adults and families who take part willingly. You can build paired decks, play cooperatively or in turns, keep short journal notes, unlock optional free content packs, and export backups when you choose. It is a personal activity tool, not a clinical assessment, public social network, or real-time online service.
Core features need no registration and no internet connection. Trenvilo does not provide public cloud profiles or an online community. If you choose Private cloud copy, a device-specific identity is used to save or recover a private structured snapshot. Feature descriptions and these terms should be read together with the app itself.
2. Decks, pairs, and rounds
You decide which two cards belong together, can preview pictures, words, and sounds, and keep one version for a round. A round retains the rules used and the hidden layout. Matching compares the pair identifiers the author assigned, not the meaning of a picture or recording. The author may know the pairs better than other players; preview the deck together if that helps.
Round counts describe game events. They do not assess memory, intelligence, health, relationships, or suitability for any purpose. Do not use round results as evidence for medical, educational, employment, or relationship decisions.
3. Acceptable use and permissions
Use only pictures, drawings, recordings, and text that you own or have the right to use. Get consent before including another person's image, voice, or private information, and honor requests to remove it. Do not record conversations secretly or use content to harass, impersonate, or exploit anyone.
Permissions are requested only when you choose a camera, photo, or microphone action. A recording can be stopped and replayed before it is kept. If permission is denied, you can still use word cards, media you already have permission to use, and Files. Denying a permission must not block a word-only or picture-only game.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You keep your rights in the descriptions, photos, recordings, and other material you add. You grant only the processing needed for the features you choose, such as saving, playing, displaying, and exporting that content. This agreement does not transfer ownership and does not grant a license to publish your private media.
Original content packs, software, and branding are protected by their applicable rights. The app does not identify people or verify that you own the media you add.
5. Free features and optional packs
Trenvilo does not involve real-money purchases and has no subscriptions, coins, tokens, or wallet. Self-made decks, recordings, full rounds, undo, journal notes, basic export, backup, and deletion all remain free.
Optional original picture and sound packs unlock for free and never buy extra rounds, results, prizes, entry, or chances at a reward. Packs do not change the matching rules.
6. Privacy, export, and deletion
Content and permission handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Content stays in the app's own storage on your device unless you choose to export, share, or request a Private cloud copy. The cloud copy contains structured app data and media references; binary avatar data is excluded. Exports can include private photos or recordings you attach, so review what you selected and who receives it before sharing. Audio should not accompany a share unless you deliberately include it.
You can delete individual media, a deck, or a round, and review a backup before importing it as an independent copy. Deleting an in-app record does not recall copies already saved to Photos, Files, backups, or a recipient's device. Keep any copies you need before deleting data or uninstalling.
7. Changes, access, and limits
You can stop using the service at any time. Device loss, uninstalling the app, storage failure, or system changes may affect local data. A private structured snapshot may help restore supported records when the same device identity remains available, but it is not a complete replacement for an exported backup and may not restore local-only media. Availability and device compatibility depend on the released version.
Before a material change affects a released feature or data handling, we will provide appropriate notice and any necessary choice. The app should not silently change the answer pairs or rules of a round already in progress. Later policies cannot retroactively authorize undisclosed uses of existing private content.
8. Liability and applicable rights
You are responsible for reviewing your content and for how you share a deck with others. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Where required, consumer and dispute arrangements follow the law of your place of residence.
